Mateo Rivera is a software engineer from Mexico City who writes science fiction about the people who build the future and are then forgotten by it — the coders, the maintenance crews, the translators who never make the history books. His stories are technically rigorous, politically sharp, and always interested in whose labour a given utopia is built on. He publishes on OutaStory between deployment cycles.
