Part 1 of 4
If someone gave you an email address and a password, this is all you
need to do to get in.
Step by step
- Open OutaStory in your browser, or open the app.
- Click Sign in in the top corner of the page. (If a large
Sign in button appears in the middle of the screen, that works
too.) - You'll be taken to a secure sign-in screen.
- Type the email address and password you were given.
- Click Continue. That's it — you'll land back on the OutaStory
home page, now signed in.
If it's your very first time
The first time you sign in, we'll ask you to fill in a few profile
details (your display name and date of birth). This takes under a
minute — just follow the on-screen prompts and click Save.
Common questions
- I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, click
Forgot password? and follow the email instructions. - Nothing happens when I click Sign in. Make sure pop-ups aren't
blocked, then try again. If it still doesn't work, see
Getting help. - I don't have an email and password yet. No problem — see the next
step.
