Favourites and follows

How to bookmark stories, follow authors, and manage your library.

Updated Sep 1, 2026

Two distinct primitives keep your library organised. They are separate
from rating a story, which is a third thing again — see
Rating a story, and the other ways to
react
.

Favourite a story

Click the heart icon at the top of any story page. The story
appears under My library → Favourites. There's no limit; favourites
are device-independent and persist across browsers.

Follow an author

Click Follow on the author page (or under the author name on a
story page). New chapters and new stories from a followed author
surface in your Notifications tab.

There is no per-author mute. If a followed author is telling you more
than you want to hear, you can either switch off that whole kind of
notification at /settings/notifications
per channel, so you could keep the in-app notice and drop the email — or
un-follow. See Notifications and how to manage
them
.

What "completed" means

A story is marked Completed when you reach the last page of the
last chapter. Completed stories stay in the library under a separate
"Read" tab; they don't disappear and you can reopen them at any time.

Removing a story from history

Open the story from the library, click the menu in the top
right of the reader, and choose Forget this story. This removes
your reading progress + completion record. Favourites are not
affected by this action.
