Good Night
The moon is small. Then the moon is big.
The moon climbs the sky.
"Good night, little rabbit," says the moon. The rabbit folds her ears and curls into the long grass.
"Good night, little duck," says the moon. The duck tucks her beak under her wing.
"Good night, little fox." The fox closes one eye, then the other.
"Good night, little owl." The owl says, "I am awake. I will watch the night for you."
"Good night, little mouse." The mouse climbs into a warm leaf.
The moon is high. The moon is bright.
"Good night, you," says the moon.
